First details about the Redmi Note 15 Pro+ have surfaced
Redmi Note 15 Pro+ leak reveals massive battery and dual 50 MP cameras
The first major Redmi Note 15 Pro+ leak is here, revealing what could be a powerful upgrade. As a reminder, the Redmi Note 14 Pro+ was launched in China last September, and its successor is now in the works.
According to the leak, the upcoming phone will feature a "1.5K" resolution screen with thin symmetrical bezels all around. It will pack a 50 MP main camera, a 50 MP telephoto camera, and a massive battery ranging from 7,000 mAh to 7,999 mAh — a big leap from the previous generation.
Powering the device will likely be the yet-to-be-announced Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset, a logical move since the Note 14 Pro+ used the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3.
Compared to last year’s model, this one keeps the same screen and camera resolution but brings a newer SoC and much larger battery. Whether these upgrades are truly impactful remains to be seen.
Note that this comparison is based on the Chinese and Indian versions of the Redmi Note 14 Pro+, as Redmi sometimes releases different models under the same name in other markets. In this case, however, the differences are minimal.
